Hard times for Rigathi Gachagua after he was forced to use manual register following kiems kit rejecting him

This is after the machine failed to recognize him completely, he tried to rub his finger against his palm but a no was retained by Kiems,

Rigathi was then forced to Remove his hat and rubbed the finger on the hair but still it didn’t work.

Later he was forced to go for the manual register that Kenya Kwanza through his boss had filed a petition yesterday requesting the court to stop IEBC from using.
