IEBC announces new dates for voting in affected areas including Kakamega and Mombasa gubernatorial seat

The independent electoral and boundaries commission has resolved to hold elections in the affected areas on 23rd August 2022

The areas to have election include 1. Kakamega and Mombasa for gubernatorial position

2.Member of national assembly in
Kitui County-Kitui Rural constituency ,
West Pokot-Kacheliba constituency
West pokot- pokot South constituency
Nakuru County-Rongai constituency

3.member of county assembly
Meru County-north imenti constituency
Nairobi County – embakasi constituency.

This was after a court order that requested IEBC to do so.
