
EDUCATION CS George Magoha pushes schools reopening date from Monday 15th to Thursday, August 18 following the ongoing election tallying process
Giving the directives today, Magoha said all schools shall remain closed until the said date when all students will be required to report to their respective schools,
“Following the conduct of our National Elections on Tuesday 9th August, 2022 the process of tallying of ballots is still ongoing. Therefore, following further consultations, I hereby convey the Government’s decision on the suspension of the re-opening of ALL Basic Education institutions with effect from Monday, 15th August, 2022 until Thursday 18th August, 2022,” he said,
This is not the first time students are being pushed to stay at home as on THURSDAY 11th which was the date set before the election was moved to Monday 15th be today’s update,#kenyadecides2022
