Azimio one Kenya Alliance presented fake documents, IEBC lawyers tell the court

IEBC legal team on Thursday defended its the results from the August 9th General election of the presidential election with allegations that Azimio petitioners presented fake documents

Lawyers representing IEBC said that no valid evidence has been presented to show that the election was rigged, neither its chairperson, Wafula Chebukati, went against the law.

while accusing Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition Party candidate Raila Odinga of using forged documents to trick the court into nullifying the exercise held on August 9. IEBC lawyers said at the end the court should proceed on approving William Ruto the president elected and his swearing-in done immediately
