A 43-year-old Catholic priest was pronounced dead hours after checking into a hotel with his girlfriend.
According to a police report obtained by GOLDEN, Joseph Kariuki checked into the Mona Lisa Hotel in Muranga on the evening of Saturday, June 8.

He was with a 32-year-old woman named Ruth Nduhi, and the couple stayed at a hotel that night.
